Come and join us for a day of visiting and family fellowship. If you live close, drop by for the day or a few mintues to see which of your long lost cousins decided to make the trip to Louisiana this year. If you live far away and/or have never been to the Durr reunion, come and join us..... you won't be a stranger long.

Please bring something to share for lunch which will be served inside the air conditioned community center. Plates and eating utensils will be provided. For those who would like to uphold the tradition of eating their lunch and visiting outside under the trees, please bring your lawnchair.

There will be a SILENT AUCTION to raise money for the Durr Reunion Fund that pays for the hall rental and other expenses. If you have something you would like to donate to the auction, such as cakes, crafts, artwork, family heirlooms, or even fresh produce, please bring it to the auction table. In past years we have had many bidding wars over the treasures that have been donated.

GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN: Each year we acknowledge the passing of family members that have died since the last reunion. We would like to also acknowledge the arrival of new members of the family. Please send death, birth, and marriage (name, date, & place) to: Susan@DoubleDurr.com prior to June 15. This information will be added to what will in the near future be the Durr Family book.

For the 62nd reunion (2010), we have attempted to find addresses for as many Durr descendants as possible. We have sent out more than 450 invitations but sadly we could not find everyone. If you received an invitation and other members of your family did not, please share this information with them and ask they to send us their current address for future. Help save a tree and keep reunion costs down.... if you have an email address, please send it to me at the address below and next year's invitation will come electronically.

Be sure to remember the date for next year's reunion: July 5, 2025!
